✩#102 I Never Met a Betsey Bag I Didn’t Like✩

To my surprise this year, I am already done with my Christmas shopping. In past years, I have never finished so early. Especially with a little extra spending money! So I decided to treat myself.

Isn’t she beautiful? I am a huge fan of Betsey Johnson designs and I’m so glad I can find them for decent prices! And sometimes, you can allow yourself a reward for all the hard work you do. Especially if you can get a great deal.

Betsey’s official seal!

Random fact: Betsey is a vegan-friendly brand. So many of her designs are animal-free! It made me really happy to learn this because when I first touched this bag, the fur was just too soft to be fake.

You may know Betsey Johnson for her extravagant clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories, or for her doing fabulous cartwheels down the runway after a show. However, she is also known in the fashion world for her faux-fur designs, since she refuses to use real fur. Somehow Betsey manages to create fur masterpieces that look like real fur was used. It seems like other designers need to take note from Betsey’s style and animal-friendly commitment.

And that’s just one of the many sources that say that. I only shop cruelty-free and if I can help it, also vegan. I’m a firm believer in keeping animals out of material things like makeup and fashion.

Stars.
I don’t know when her designs started incorporating this adorable starry print as the lining, but it made me love it even more. Betsey bags are fun and colorful inside and out. This is a larger bag than what I normally get but with the animal print outside, it is perfect for Gal.

Gotta love the personal touch too! Do you have a favorite go-to brand for bags? Let me know in the comments below ❤️
